There are two methods for payment available for your orders: through iDeal (only available fro Dutch bank accounts) and through a regular bank transfer.
The payment procedure starts right after confirmation of your order, if you have chosen for payment through iDeal. The familiar payment windows for online banking of your bank will open up directly. iDeal is available for account holders of the following Dutch banks: ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank and Van Lanschot Bankiers.
A regular bank transfer can be made for international payments. If you choose for payment by bank transfer, you will receive an invoice with payment instructions by e-mail, after the confirmation of your order.
All orders will only be shipped after the full payment is credited on our bank account. All payments are processed within 2 till 3 working days. As soon as you order has been shipped you will receive the tracking number by e-mail.
All payments are safely executed through a secured data storage unit that is operated through a secured connection with a 256-bits SSL certificate.
Contact us immediately if something went wrong with your payment (i.e. when you accidentally transferred a different amount then your purchase amount. Also contact us whenever you experience difficulties with the execution of the payment procedure.
